1. Reservations

Bookings must be made by individuals aged 18 or older.

Reservations are confirmed upon successful payment.

2. Payment & Pricing

Prices are listed in Euro but charged in Macedonian denar.

Payments are securely processed via licensed third-party services.

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.

Cancellations after that period may incur partial or full charges.

4. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: from 14:00

Check-out: by 11:00

5. Use of Facilities

Guests are expected to follow house rules and respect the property.

Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Pets are not allowed unless stated otherwise.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia.
